Unsuitable liquids for mixing the capsule contents include caffeinated and sugary drinks like coffee, black tea, cola, and fruit juices—unless specifically recommended by us or a doctor/therapist to take the active ingredient with fruit juice.
Artemisinin capsules should not be opened, as the active ingredient is extremely bitter and cannot be dissolved in water.

Shipping & Delivery
We exclusively ship our products with the Austrian Post.
By completing the purchase and shipping agreement, the delivery terms of Post-AT are automatically accepted. These terms can be viewed directly on the Austrian Post website.
The cost for our standard shipping is €3.90 EUR.
To help reduce shipping costs, we offer free shipping starting from the second product in your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. With the tracking number included, you can track your shipment on the Austrian Post website after it has been dispatched.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM, with items in stock at our shipping warehouse, will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, shipping will occur within 2 business days.
For items not in stock at the shipping warehouse, they will typically be dispatched within 2-4 business days. Please note that no shipping occurs on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship everything in one package, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In that case, the delivery time will depend on the item with the longest delivery time in your order. Shipping is from our warehouse in Austria.
Please note that if an item is returned due to non-collection or non-acceptance, Austrian Post will charge a return fee. We reserve the right to charge the buyer for any return shipping costs incurred.
Returns
The refund will be processed as soon as possible after we handle your return. Please understand that this may take up to 14 days.
We do not offer exchanges or price adjustments for individual items. If you wish to return an item, please send it back to us. Kindly note that we can only accept returns of unopened products.
For alternative or additional items, you can place a new order afterward.
If you’ve decided not to use the product you ordered, or if you purchased the wrong item or quantity, no problem! We offer a 60-day return guarantee. Our discount codes generally cannot be applied to already discounted products. Combining multiple discounts (e.g., using more than one discount code per order or using a discount code along with gift vouchers) is also not possible. Some discount codes are automatically assigned to customer accounts and will be applied by the system automatically.
